When people ask me what has had the biggest impact on my life, I always say self-compassion.
This practice has changed everything for me. It has helped me be more productive, prolific, and passionate. It has helped me be a kinder parent, partner, and professional. It has helped me be closer to my friends, my spouse, and my kid. It has helped me take bigger risks, be more open and vulnerable, and be really proud of who I have grown up to be.
Don’t be fooled by the simplicity. It is one of those simple but not easy practices.
And it is 100% worth the effort daily.
