EP 183: Doing Less Better with Tracy Stanger
I finally feel like I am getting my feet back underneath me. 2023 has been challenging in many ways, but things are settling, and I am finally out of pain.
I’ve been working with my doctor and physical therapist and doing tons of self-care at home to alleviate shoulder, hip, groin, and foot pain. It has been shocking to me how much energy I used to manage my pain—even more, reasons to move my body in kind ways.
This week on the podcast, I am talking to Tracy Stanger. Tracy is an anti-hustle coach who helps moms balance work and motherhood. She helps moms determine what is most important and how to do it best.
In our chat Tracy and I talked about how she learned how to do it all from her restaurateur dad and how to use her skills best to help women grow their businesses. Tracy focuses on her self-care to thrive in her life and business. We talk a lot about what you don’t do is just as important as what you do.

About Tracy:
Tracy Stanger is an anti-hustle business coach who believes we shouldn’t have to choose between meaningful work and feeling fully present for motherhood and our own damn lives.
She’s on a mission to prove we CAN have time for our dreams when we focus on RESULTS instead of just checking shit off a to-do list. Her Less But Better™ business strategy helps moms make more money and more impact, with more time for rest, and less stress.
