This week was spent celebrating my and my BFFs birthday eating our way through Portland, reconnecting with my family and recommitting to some life principles. In other words, it was a big, important and meaningful week.
What are you doing to make your life feel big, important and meaningful?
Each week in 2018 I’ll be sending you articles that have sparked my interest because they are all about Self-Care and Life Satisfaction.
Self-Care Tips for Senior White House Officials – because sometimes you just have to laugh.
The Surprisingly Effective Question I’m Asking Myself Every Day – when you know better, you can do better.
The Secret to Being Fully Present – it won’t be found while watching Netflix AND scrolling on your phone.
7 Tips to Manage Your Finances Through a Divorce – in case you were wondering if money (and our relationship to it) is self-care the answer is a resounding YES.
Trying Out Slow Parenting – I keep coming back to this simple, slow pace and when I surrender to it, the important stuff gets done and the rest falls away.
Andy Puddicome and Headspace has changed my life. I went from a decade plus of flirting with a meditation practice to an almost daily practice five years ago. My meditation helps me be more mindful, less distracted and more patient. Not too bad for 10 minutes a day!
I’d love to know what you are reading, watching and listening to these days. Tell me all about it!
I look forward to seeing you soon!
PS: If you want to be the first to know about upcoming retreats, workshops and opportunities to work together – get on the list.
