I have been so inspired by #BoringSelfCare by MakeDaisyChains on Instagram. Hannah Daisy is an artist and mental health advocate who illustrates gorgeous reminders of boring self-care: attended to all my dental needs, drank enough water and I survived my smear test.
This week has been full of boring self-care for me: getting a weird bump on my arm checked by my GP, (happily) getting referred to a dermatologist for confirmation that weird bump isn’t going to kill me, going to sleep before 9, major hermiting, meditating and eating vegetables. No one is going to Instagram this ish, but I sure feel better than I did before.
What boring self-care can you do this week?
