We determine your habit type so we can determine your personalize plan of action and your accountability.
We determine what habits and practices you need to develop for your body, mind, emotional life and spiritual life.
We put together a plan, we put together a backup plan, we uncover obstacles and roadblocks.
In the coaching process we also unearth underlying core beliefs which are getting in the way and establish new ways of thinking and being in the world.
